Introduction
The sector EF (EUV Factory) Manufacturing is responsible both for the production and installation of EUV systems. The Source Upgrades group is responsible for upgrading sources in the EUV Factory and at ASML customer sites and is the “go to” team for handling many ad hoc technical actions.

To introduce EUV Source upgrades in the most optimal timeframe, while applying the highest safety and quality standards. This is done by executing and continuously improving an ambitious & dynamic upgrade plan, at EUV Factory and Customer sites, and meanwhile expanding the team skill set to match the need of the near future.
Job Description
To ensure (plan and develop) proper EUV Source upgrades resources (quantity as well as quality) who execute EUV Source upgrades at EUV Factory and customer sites.
Safety:
Is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment which includes follow up on near misses, execution of safety projects, execution of safety contacts, managing 5S standards on the floor, illness management, safety related Kaizen events.
Management:
Creates a safe, productive and motivated working environment. Controls and drives system progress and planning, sets priorities, delegates tasks, solves problems. Operationally interfaces to Source Upgrades resource planner, Source Upgrades PL’s, CS Upgrades PL’s, material handlers, production planners, production engineers, module owners (output leaders) and quality engineers.
Leadership:
Indicates, initiates, and drives actions to improve production processes and/or the products. Takes ownership of B3 (People) related disturbances. Participates in cross-functional efforts to drive integral cycle time reduction. Ensures proper execution of HR policies and procedures. Is able to inspire and motivate employees in an environment which encourages every employee to challenge each other with equal voice
-Is able to coach employees to realize their full potential. Secures proper and efficient skill growth on both technical and non-technical level.
-Is able to effectively negotiate cross-sector
-Takes part in project activities related to the introduction of new products in production.

MBO or HBO in a specific (technical) area
Experience
>10 years in

-Has the ability to work in an unstable and rapidly changing environment. Source design is not yet mature and creates a constant need for upgrades in the Supply Chain, at EUV Factory and at Customer sites. This environment is inherent to uncertainty in work content and frequent change of plans.

Context of the position
The holder of this position manages a team of engineers working in support roster at EUV Factory and customer specific rosters at customer sites. These engineers are focused on executing EUV Source Upgrades. The Sr Team Lead reports to the EF System Integration manager
