OSE (Operations Strategies and Excellence), operates in a high demanding, fast moving, dynamic and professional environment.Job MissionBased on the defined ASML business goals, you need to define solutions for supporting Competence Centers and Competence Networks within Operations, and align ASML-wide on Knowledge Management solutions in general, balancing required functionality, performance and cost. You are responsible for consulting the business on how to best use the change management and collaboration tools, how to apply the new ways of working, and how to best tie them into the business processes. -Define Operations learning and knowledge management and collaboration requirements and strategy aligned with ASML's business goals
-Drive the overall Knowledge management architecture in close cooperation with the other related functions in ASML, (e.g. IT Enterprise Architect, D&E Competences, Global Quality, Learning Centers, Corporate Security, …)
-Develop and deploy knowledge management Framework, Policies & Guidelines for Operations regarding process, infrastructure & applications, ensuring compliance with the current IT Security Policy and Standards.
-Architect, design and realize secure solutions in support of ASML’s initiatives using industry best practices, (includes feasibility studies and executing proof-of-concepts to test new innovation
-Support Competence Owners with robust solutions for supporting their Competence communities
-Monitor and report on Knowledge management technology trends and requirements, such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.
-Co-manage the Competence maturity framework for Operations; including effective stakeholder management at sector-staff levels, as well as coaching competence teams.
-Designs, coordinates and executes the program’s Change strategy & Communication plan, Pro-actively leverages and maintains a change agent network
-Acts as ‘sparring partner’ for the Competence Maturity Manager and team.
