Job Mission
The EUV Upgrades Project Coordinator directly reports to the EUV Upgrades line management and operationally to the Upgrades Project Leader (PL). In this role the coordinator will have many internal and external interfaces.
Job Description
The Coordinator will work with the PL’s, Manufacturing, Development, and the local customer to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the EUV upgrades.
Responsibilities include resource management, enforcement of safety practices, material management, and facilitation of the team performing the upgrade in the customer factory. The coordinator also communicates the plans and schedules to the appropriate stakeholders and makes timely changes to the upgrades plans accordingly. The upgrades process is very dynamic thus flexibility is a key competency to succeed in this environment.
The role has a 24/7 shift-based schedule, with 12 hour shifts in a 3 shift on / s shifts of rotation. The coordinator is willing to go to the customer factory, but the role is mostly performed from the office location.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience
Experience in a CS support department for high tech experience with lithography equipment is preferred.
- Basic level of project management is required.
