Job Mission
Organize and manage the inventory reduction program within EUV Operations. Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure efficient and robust inventory controls are in place. Serve as liaison between finance and operations teams to compare forecast versus actual performance and communicate progress, risks and impacts to annual inventory goals. Champions inventory issues to cross-functional departments including Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Plan and report on progress of inventory reduction initiativesLead cross functional meeting with production planners, material planners, material handlers, and finance to deep dive on processes or issues that negatively impact inventory management.Review scrap tickets to indicate whether materials are financially reserved or not and ensure the quality of the explanations in the forms.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and report progress of monthly inventory forecast.Drive cross-functional team towards identifying opportunities to improve WIP Aging, past due materials, slow moving inventory and inventory accuracy.Review and drive activities related to management of excess and obsolescence.Analyze and Report on MRB (Defect) Aging Inventory.Investigate and analyze issues using LEAN methods to prepare recommendations for policy/process improvements related to inventory tracking and accuracy.Assist in developing global performance metrics, reporting tools to enhance department efficiency as well as creation of ad-hoc reporting.Prepare and publish presentations to senior management that include status of progress and recommendations to optimize inventory consumption.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution and customer service.Experience working in a new product/high change environmentAdvanced knowledge of Excel and data mining.Able to evaluate indented BOM structures.Able to translate data into conclusions or actions for improvement.Experience with process improvement or LEAN methods.Experienced with data extraction from ERP systems. SAP experience is preferred.
