Fast market introduction of ASML’s newest technologies requires concurrent engineering by all disciplines. The Supply Chain Management Project Manager New Products fulfills this need by bridging the gap between new product development and planning & logistics volume operations.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you determine and manage the time to market, supply chain management specifications at optimal costs whilst staying agile to business opportunities;
You're responsible to define, secure and monitor the supply chain deliverables in the Product Generation Process (new builds, installs, upgrades and service products) reporting into the ASML cross-sector Product Team. This includes the introduction, industrialization and phase-out strategies of new products as well as engineering sustaining activities on existing products;
As key representative of the SCM department in the Product Generation Process you are key accountable for and first point of contact for supply chain operations aspects and related issues. To achieve this, you will be using your unique mix of technical, creative and interpersonal skills and you’ll guide and coordinate the project leads to meet program deliverables and deadlines.
Main responsibilities
Education
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
Experience
5 – 10 yrs work experience, of which 2 – 5 yrs experience in new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
