Department
In your capacity as Sr. Manager Operations you manage plant operations and related utilities in line with company objectives and the local legislation. In this function you ensure short and medium term production targets are achieved cost effectively, whilst meeting Quality, EHSS and Reliability standards/requirements. Propose improvement and upgrading projects and lead the implementation with focus on best outcome of all resources.
The Sr. Manager Operations is member of the Site Management Team, Chair of the Plant Management Team and various committees.
