Job Mission
In order to stay competitive and continue to be able to deliver to our customers, ASML Supply Chain Management continuously needs to further professionalize its operation. One of the large challenges for the coming years is the standardization of the processes with which we run our (over 50) Warehouses worldwide.We are looking for someone to join our diverse team on this mission, someone who has the drive, stakeholder management skills and persistence to make this a success. You will be responsible for end-to-end process improvement, from defining the gaps to implementation and monitoring, together with people from ASML and our 3PLs who work in different locations the field.
Job Description
-You are the go-to person for warehousing processes, able to answer all questions. This also includes analyzing the impact of proposed (business) changes and contributing to cross department/sector projects as an expert.
-Together with the relevant stakeholders, identify and implement improvements.
Typical activities include:

-(Adherence) monitoring.
-A major share of your time will be dedicated to the world-wide roll-out of the 3PLUS warehouse standardization program, which aims to enable our 3PLs to work in the most efficient way. This implies that you also need to understand and be able to explain how the processes are supported (and sometimes driven) by the IT tools.

Context of the position
A flawless distribution network is key for a smooth supply chain. Fast and flexible transportation networks, differentiated warehousing solutions and complex value-added services are some characteristics of our landscape. Different requirements towards our supply-chain due to development of our systems, the number of upgrades of systems on customer sites and the need for differentiated service level agreements drive the need for a flexible 3PL network. Hence the Logistics Service Operations department is responsible to manage and develop the supply chain/ distribution infrastructure in line with business requirements and against aligned norms. A team of highly educated professionals drives the supply chain infrastructure towards 2020, focused on the rapid developments, based on market intelligence, innovations, business needs, 3PL performance and process analytics.
