Introduction
We are continuously developing new machines like the new high NA EUV machine or upgrades and services. The technical and organizational complexity is increasing more and more. On top, the machine must be designed first time right.
Therefore it is key, that all requirements and dependencies are clear at all times.
Requirements engineering is one of the main pillars to achieve this. The basics and management support is there, and we are currently at the start of introducing a requirements management application. Therefor we need devoted experts to have it rolled out, who can drive the change and continuous improve and form the core team on requirements engineering embedded in our organization.
Job Mission
Train and support development project teams, such that they are successful in creating and managing their requirements in an effective way. Help them finding solutions for the more difficult cases. Increase the maturity of requirements engineering , by actively learn & teach in the projects and continuously improve our processes and supporting applications. Within the team, make the introduction of the requirements engineering a success.
Job Description
-Give trainings (both on requirements engineering, as requirements management application)
-Actively support development projects. Help finding solutions for difficult cases.
-Create advanced training material
-Continuously improve way of working and tools (together with the core team)
Education
Masters. Technical direction.
Experience
-Writing & managing requirements engineering of a complex product
-Improving product development processes
-Hands on experience in change management
-Preferably experience with ASML technology and development processes
Personal skills
-Training skills. Can explain complex topics, in easy to understand ways
-Team player. Can challenge others in respectful way. Supportive attitude
-Able to influence and is considered an equal sparring partner for all teams on operational & managerial level
