Project lead pre-install Job Description

IntroductionDo you want to interact with a lot of people throughout the organization and do you like getting these people aligned? Do you like regular customer interaction? Do you like working directly for customer satisfaction? Then this position might be suitable for you!

Job Mission
Take ownership of the pre-install documentation and make sure that this is delivered to the customers (and our own factory) in time

Job Description
-Take lead in the pre-install plan
-Create pre-install plan
-Keep regular contact with product team for changes
-Find solutions where projects have difficulties delivering on time
-Give support to our own factory towards our customers
-Attend customer calls if needed (approx. once per week)
-Drive process improvements
-Collect lessons learned

 

Project lead pre-install Job Requirements

Education
Technical Bachelor or Master. Preferably Industrial Engineering and Management
Experience-> 2 Years working experience as project leader
-Preferably > 2 years working experience at ASML
-Preferably experience in pre-install (or machine install in factories)

Personal skills
-Strict on timely delivery. But keeps its tentacles out, to early identify where help is needed.
-Capable in getting large amount of people aligned and motivated to deliver on time
-Capable of getting customer needs clear, even in tense situations
-Capable of getting real help from higher managers when needed

Context of the position
You will be part of the Mechanical System Layout department, which is responsible for the mechanical system architecture. The team does not deliver hardware, but has an overall responsibility, that the total system can be build, transported, installed and serviced in a safe and efficient manner
