Can you develop a high-level scope and do you have experience with creating a learning activity plan, based on company culture, existing materials, resources, budget, stakeholder, TDS involvement, vendor solutions and a host of other variables? In this role you act as a project manager with the main focus on building curriculum for the D&E Software departments. You will ensure all learning questions, technical, behavior and skills related, are answered.

In this role you act as a project manager with the main focus on building curriculum for the D&E Software departments. You will ensure all learning questions, technical, behavior and skills related, are answered.

Where required you will be able to:

• Identify the problem that the learning request is meant to solve;
• Talk with stakeholders and the Training Development Services (TDS), gather and assemble data and report back the findings;
• Develop a high-level scope;
• Create a learning activity plan, based on company culture, existing materials, resources, budget, stakeholder, TDS involvement, vendor solutions and a host of other variables;
• Obtain stakeholder sign-off for the plan, making revisions as necessary, ensure you have shared agreement to what constitutes a successful engagement, and that everyone agrees on how success will be measured;
• Lock down and establish the scope, resources, timeframe, deliverables and success metrics, as well as a plan for maintaining the program (if needed) after the project concludes; 
• Implement the learning activity plan;
• You ensure that the course developer from TDS can build the instructional design, course development and learning activities;
• Continuously improve;
• Embed a Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle in the training curriculum so that continuous improvements will go on after the initial project is finished;
• Triple constraint & risk management;
• Ensure that the initially established triple constraint (timing, scope and budget) remains achievable;
• Timely communicate any relevant risks to stakeholders;
• Ensure that change requests are properly evaluated and approved before accepting them;
• Project closure;
• Provide any agreed-upon reporting, conduct a "lessons learned" as requested, transition the program into maintenance mode, and close out the project;
• Liaise between the D&E Training department and the internal customer.

Education
Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in Science, Technology or an equivalent.Gained knowledge and skills on corporate education.

• Proven experience building up a learning curriculum;
