Job Mission
The mission for a team leader in the EUV Source department is to take ownership of a team of engineers that design and industrialize the next generation of modules of our CO2-laser system as part of the EUV source. Increased optical power and better, more stable performance is a constant demand for our systems. Also, to improve usability by our customers and our Customer Support teams, the optical system has to become more automated and more robust to failure and restart. This requires mastering the full chain from requirement specification, design, and integration into the optical platform of high power optical elements and metrology systems. It is the task of the team lead to enable a group of engineers to develop solutions within this environment. This includes ownership of the needed aspects we call the three pillars: Product, Process and People.
Job Description
You manage a team of 5-10 engineers and take leadership in their development as well as the quality of their deliverables. You help to assess the needs of the involved projects and support the team in meeting the needs of the organization.
You drive for continuous, sustainable growth of the people as well as the overall team.Key in role is an understanding of all aspects of our organization: The product we strive to provide to our customers, the people that make it all happen as well as the processes and the organization that support us to make the high power laser system as robust as possible and to have direct contact with your internal customers: EUV factory and Customer Support. Experience with people management is a pre-requisite for this role.
Education
Masters degree or higher (PhD) in a relevant field (Engineering, (Applied) Physics).
Experience: 5+years of experience in a multidisciplinary team: Engineering, Applied physics, product development or similar. Leadership experience is a must
