Group Lead CSI Data Analysts Job Description

Introduction
Are you a manager that likes to have a leading role in solving cross-sector challenges in a complex, high tech manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy taking the holistic view of things, seeing all the components of an activity as one? Do you take the lead in getting data analyst issues solved and are you able to inspire people? Then you could enjoy great success as a manager of Cross-sector Structural Improvements (CSI in short). Your role is to manage an Data analyst group that drives cross-sector, multidisciplinary teams towards structural improvements on product and process level. By doing so you will improve availability, reduce factory cycle time, lower total cost of ownership of our machines and gain efficiency.
As manager CSI Data Analysts you lead and manage a group of professional Data Analysts.

Job Mission
In the position of manager you take responsibility:

• Giving direction to the Data Analyst team
• Execute product and processes improvements
• Support the cross-sector improvement on data analyst level, to make a difference

• Manage the CSI Data Analyst group
• Secure resources on capability and capacity
• Coach Data Analysts and contribute to cross-sector improvement projects
• Understand data analytics within ASML and improve the environment
• Coordinate actions to prevent re-occurrence of same failure mode(s)
• Interact with engineers and project managers in the development programs and allocation of staff in line with program needs. Review project plans and proactively support project realization.
• Ensure preventive actions are executed on new processes and products, including closing of the lessons learned
• Measure results and report on progress

Group Lead CSI Data Analysts Job Requirements

Education
Technical Bachelor or Master Degree

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience within ASML
• Knowledge of complex production processes, preferably in a high tech, low volume industrial project management environment
• Experience with data analytics
• Preferred: manager experience

• Self-assured, pro-active, enterprising
• Team player, good social skills, customer-oriented
• Discrete, independent and showing initiative
• Consultancy skills
• Excellent communicative skills, including presentation skills
• Good knowledge of both written and spoken Dutch and English
