As Team Leader you steer and coach a team of technical professionals, and an average day may look like this:You align with your project leader and colleagues from different disciplines on priorities, task division and the long term plan. You also discuss how to get the business case accepted for the design proposal by one of your team members. At your desk you update the resource planning and prepare for a presentation on future resource demand.Later that day, you have a team meeting where you facilitate decision making on the best solution for a complex thermal problem.
