Job Mission
ASML Research is looking for a Scientist/engineer with expertise diamond coating and particular in the process of apply it at low temperatures. The Flow&Temperatur group focusses on flow, temperature, contamination and tribological challenges for the next generation Lithography Tools. The expert will work in a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for the coating aspects in the project.
Job Description
Your responsibilities and daily activities will be:
Education
Technical University PhD/Master with background in Physics, Chemistry or Mechanical / Materials Engineering with expertise in diamond coating processing.
Experience
Broad knowledge and experience in inert (Diamond/SiC) coating processing and coating design.
