You have a clear vision on and drive IAM target architecture and ensure that business and IT architecture are aligned to deliver maximum value to ASML. You manage the eco-system of IT service providers and stay abreast of latest technology and application developments.
Job Description
You manage a team located in Veldhoven, with different competences servicing ASML worldwide. In the access and authentication domain the team works with products from Microfocus, RedHat and Microsoft (Netiq-IDM, Netiq-AM, GDS-eDir and RHDS). In the authorization domain the team works predominantly with a product from RSA (IGL). The team is responsible for Access, Authentication and Authorization services. As IT solution team manager you are responsible for the development of the team and competences. You are responsible for the IAM roadmap and project portfolio management. Innovation, lifecycle management and other non-IAM drivers influence this roadmap and portfolio. Team size; you manage around 10 fixed positions in Veldhoven. Based on project activities the number of temporary employees can increase. Currently this number is about ten as well.
Education
A bachelor or (pref.) master education in Engineering or IT.
