Introduction
ASML–the world’s leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry – is looking for an IT Business Process Analyst (BPA) in the field of warehouse management and logistics within the Solution Team Logistics, Manufacturing and CM.

Job Mission
Be the linking pin between the ASML Logistics organization, the IT organization and outsourcing partners (Logistics and IT). Assess, change/refine and implement business processes and related information systems (SAP/MM/WM/EWM) to continuously increase their effectiveness and make sure that they are properly aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Job Description

• The consultant acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML organization (Manufacturing & Logistics departments).
• As a consultant you assess, change and define/refine business processes and related  information systems (SAP) to continuously increase their effectiveness and ensure they are properly aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
• Play a key-role in IT development & implementation projects (esp. SAP), 
• Manage transition from projects (new developments) to support phase (run and maintain) from project teams to the support organization.
• Establish solid working relationships with the ASML business organization, the ASML/IT organization and outsourcing partners. (both Logistics (3PL) and IT).

Solution BPA Warehousing Logistics Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Experience

• Five to ten years of experience with logistic processes in a high tech complex environment.
• Detailed knowledge of IT systems supporting Logistic processes (SAP MM/WM/EWM). 
• Ability to analyze and document “as is” and formulate “to be” processes. 
• Experience with translation of Business requirements into IT requirements; and select or design the correct solution (direction) corresponding to these business requirements.
• Transitioning IT solutions to complex business environments.
• Experience with 3PL interfacing (incl. non-SAP systems)  is a pre.

• Strong customer focus, result-orientation,  and commitment to excellence;
• Pro-active personality;
• Leadership capability, responsibility and authority, ability to steer a team;
• A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments;
• Well-developed consultancy skills combined with hands-on mentality, and a strong go-getter mentality;

• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and/or the English language.
