Job Mission
1. Responsible of monitoring clean room environment per spec.
2. Responsible for clean room contamination control maturity assessment
3. Advise stake holders on contamination control related issues
4. Evaluate and control the clean room construction materials and FM consumables
5. General and deploy clean room contamination control guidelines and policy
6. Responsible for the clean room infrastructure maintenance
7. Responsible for the clean room service contract management (consumable, gowning room, cleaning, maintenance)
8. Ensure compliance to the regulation.
9. Responsible for system operation budget and assist on consolidation to RFF Budgeting.
Job Description
1. Lays down operating instructions, process flow charts and processes to reduce the contamination risks in our processes.
2. Supports the Clean room Services department with their processes, provides knowledge and helps maintaining the processes for clean room control, like training, standardization of used materials and way of workings, alterations (e.g. renovations of existing clean rooms), measurement group and clean room supervision.
3. Contributes to the rapid solution of complex faults and issues and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions with respect to the overall way of working and organization in the clean room
4. Introduce and/or co-develop tooling to reduce the contamination risks in our processes and clean room and maintain the needed quality and amount of tools
5. Creating awareness and providing training programs for colleagues and external field engineers on contamination control.
Education
Bachelor Eng. – HVAC or Chemical Eng. or Mechanical Eng. or related field.
Experience
3 years of related working experience
Familiar with the C/R Contamination Control method
Office Software Suit Skill and Quality analysis techniques and HVAC concept

4. Verbal and written in English.
