Job Mission
You are the primary contact and daily steering force for the upgrade engineers inside the customer fab. Your planning, organizing, and communication skills are crucial to their functioning and success. You will manage, monitor, maintain and secure daily progress on EUV upgrades, ensuring that EUV gets ready for customer production.
Job Description
-Be an ASML ambassador at customer sites across the globe
-Work with the local and other ASML organizations to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the upgrade
-Ensure timely availability of the right means, manpower, methods, materials, and tooling to bring the machine on the best performance level
-On-site coordination of the upgrade including: manpower scheduling, parts, tooling upgrade sequence preparation (daily planning for engineers),in cooperation with the project lead and generalist(s)
-Deal with fast changing circumstances and change plans accordingly on the spot
-Assist other upgrades by help in resolving issues, taking up certain tasks in Wilton and representing the project/upgrade in update meetings
-Identify, document, and drive improvements with respect to safety, quality, cycle time and efficiency
-Daily reporting of upgrade progress and issues towards the upgrade project lead
-Transferring knowledge concerning the newly upgraded system to the local engineers to allow them to sustain the system by themselves (contributing role)
-Create evaluation report at the end of the upgrade (contributing role)

Education
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in engineering field (electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience
Experience
-Minimum 1yr of experience or equivalent as Team Lead of a multiciliary team
-Experience in Semiconductor Industry is a plus
-Customer support experience much appreciated
