Sequence Tool Administrator Job Description

Introduction
If you enjoy system level thinking and want to influence the industrialization maturity of our systems by  sequence implementation and validation then the “Sequence Tool Administrator” could be your next job.

Job Mission
We create and validate the manufacturing- and service sequences for EUV systems.
We design, verify and release these sequences with the lowest possible cycle- and repair times at the highest predictability, in order to secure system availability- and factory cycle time specifications.

In your job as Sequence Tool Engineer you will align sequence changes with all stakeholders before implementing the sequences in our ASML-wide used sequence tooling (ARE / GEAR). Besides that you and your team members will be the ARE / GEAR competence experts within ASML and will be training worldwide key users.Towards delivering the sequences in ARE / GEAR, you will manage:

• Technical product dependencies
• Operator process dependencies
• Execution process dependencies

• Ensure implementation of sequences according to high level sequence design (SDS).
• Responsible for implementing system level and complex dependencies.
• Responsible for implementing product dependencies on functional cluster level.
• Identify and initiate opportunities for process improvements and define tooling requirements.
• Support industrialization completeness reporting.

• Control sequence changes to ensure quality through CCB and Release Gate.
• Release the manufacturing- and service sequences to our internal customers.
• Analyze/support system level sequence and integration related cross-sector issues.
• Analyze/implement sequence feedback.
• Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations.

• System level support for complex upgrades and service actions.
• Contact person for the Customer support local offices and Factory.
• Contact person for Development and engineering functional clusters.
• Provide key user training.

Sequence Tool Administrator Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor or Master in technical engineering with experience or background in integration of complex equipment

Experience

• We are looking for professionals with ambition to work in a complex environment and further grow in our organization.
• Typically you will have 2-5 years of relevant working experience in industrialization engineering, sequence engineering and/or comparable positions.
• Preferably you have affinity with system integration and/or configuration management.
• Organizational talent, experience with stakeholder management.
• Able to communicate on different levels.
• Experience with new product introductions within Factory and/or Field is a plus.
