The department of USA Integration and Reliability Engineering is responsible for integration of prototype building blocks and modules into semiconductor test rigs to verify that they meet functional requirements and performance specifications.
Integration is also responsible for coordination of development and all work on leading edge semiconductor test rigs.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Lead a project team in Wilton to integrate, verify design performance, and functionality of DUV prototype modules, software, and Twinscan based test rigs developed by multiple projects.
Job Description
Wilton Integration Project Deliverables for NXT:
- Verify functionality and performance that spans multiple functional clusters
- Develop Wilton Integration strategy through alignment with stakeholders (ie: PDM’s, PCM’s, Vhv System Integration, Vhv and Wilton Development projects)
- Drive integration activities for new functionality for multiple development projects.
- Test rig ownership including planning, staffing, availability, and configuration management
- Test rig definition, realization, upgrades, and qualification
- Optimize the utilization of resources and test rigs.
- Drive and develop the ASML integration way of working for Wilton
Wilton Integration Project Lead deliverables for NXT:
- Develop integration plans and assure they are aligned with stakeholders, well communicated, and ultimately achieved
- Deliver plans aligned to the RFF and master plans that meet scope, budget, and timing
- Present at NXT progress reviews
- Maintain project plans, report on status, issues, risks (IRR), and budget
- Define project organization and request staffing to achieve deliverables
- As part of Integration "3 in a box", utilize and improve as needed Wilton integration Way of Working
- Maintain Project Management Dashboard (PMD) (KD’s, Doc tree, EPM, IRR, budget)
- Maintain mid and long term integration planning for cascading to project personnel
- Resolve integration priority conflicts between projects. Know when to escalate
General Integration Project Lead requirements:

Education
B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
Experience

-Mentoring and coaching experience
-Experience in planning and barrier resolution in a dynamic development environment
Preferably knowledge of ASML system integration competences (business drivers overlay, throughput, reliability).
