Job Mission ASML’s Development & Engineering (D&E) sector is responsible for the specification, design and integration of the ASML machines.
In this sector, the department of Defectivity and Optical Column Conditioning of Scanner (DOCCS) specifies, designs and integrates the various (sub-)modules and architectures related to the flow and pressure domains for our EUV scanners.
The Vacuum Systems Architecture group designs and delivers vacuum & gas flow based EUV scanner architecture solutions that enable EUV transmission of the optical column while protecting the in-vacuum optics from molecular and particle contamination.
