Publically listed in the Netherlands the SBM Offshore Group has 4 execution centres which are based in Schiedam, Monaco, Houston and Kuala Lumpur. These centres operate as engineering, execution and technology centres dedicated to Floating Production Storage and Offloading Facilities (FPSO).
With over 7,000 employees worldwide, who are spread over the 4 main execution centers, 8 operational shore bases, several construction yards and the offshore fleet of vessels, we can confidently supply floating production solutions through the entire product lifecycle, from engineering to procurement, construction, installation, operation and relocation. Our in-house knowledge and experience with these products has allowed our engineers to develop advanced procedures and techniques for analysis and design, and the input from our extensive construction and production operations ensures constructability and operability of our products.
The SBM Offshore Execution Center in Schiedam is staffed with ca. 550 employees and currently holds two major projects and a third major project together with Monaco, in execution with values exceeding several billion US dollar and focuses on further growth.
