Is a Dutch holding company of Vital Scientific BV and a.o. ELITech Clinical Systems S.A.S., France. Vital manufactures instruments and ECS SAS reagents. These are complementary goods that enable so-called system selling.

Is a leading supplier and distributor in the IVD market. ELITech operates worldwide. Manufactures and supplies biochemical and microbiological products. Companies that are part of the ELITech Group include: Vital Scientific BV, ECS SAS, Vital Diagnostics and Wescor.
The R&D department
Designs and develops new products that are ready to be put into production. It has 12 employees. For this purpose, the department has technical knowledge and expertise in the field of mechanics, optics, vacuum and fluid technology, software, electronics and chemistry. It maintains connections with external research institutes, companies and engineering firms to bridge any knowledge and/or capacity gaps.
