Senior Mechanical Engineer Job Requirements

With a degree or equivalent, you must have technical leadership experience in product development covering the full product lifecycle, gained within the design engineering team of a manufacturing business. A background in automotive, medical, aerospace or light industrial manufacturing would be ideal. Your wide technical skill base should include FMEA/risk reduction skills, knowledge of statistical test and analysis methods, understanding of HALT test methods and robustness through design practices. 2D and 3D CAD proficiency is desirable, preferably using Pro-engineer Wildfire although conversion training can be provided.
