- Deliver updated GSA and ECs per platform
- Manage all involved stakeholders to enable efficient release and roll-out in the ASML factories and Supply Chain.
- Increase the Quality Control level in all ASML critical adhesive processes by using quality tools as FMEA and SPC.
- Implement Traceability on the adhesive processes and record this in the ASML systems.
Job Description - Lead a multi-functional and multi-competence team of architects, analysts, designers,
- production-, service- and supply-chain engineers.
- Create and maintain project planning for all project deliverables, aligned with master plans from program management.
- Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) in order to obtain inputs needed for and communicates output for deliverables
- Report on status of project deliverables.
- Have structural alignment with line and program management on progress and help requests.
Context of the positionThe vacancy is positioned within the Scanner Optical Column Conditioning department in the group Supply Chain Management & Quality. The PL has the responsibility for creating an aligned project plan and create clear roles with deliverables for each team member.
He is in the lead for driving the project plan on Timing, Quality, Cost and Organization and align the progress with stakeholders as eg the different Business Lines DUV/EUV/Apps.
ASML - Project Leader Adhesive process improvement Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science with specialization in statistical analyses of production processes. Having a Black Belt certification is a plus.
Experience
- Possess strong skills in leading a team.
- Skills and experience with performing FMEAs on processes and setting up SPC.
- Expertise with project management skill/experience required to achieve project objectives.
- Five (5) years of experience is required.
- Knowledge and experiences with adhesive processes is a plus.
Personal skills- Plan activities and execute to schedules established by program.
- Possesses good oral presentation skills and be able to effectively present results in meetings on different levels in the ASML organization.
- Performs data collection, statistical analysis, and report summarization. Effectively reports problems through written and/or graphical formats.
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-project, and/or Visio, and electronic e-mail systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, standards and engineering sketches.
- Ability to use routine software applications such as MS Word and MS Excel to produce reports and graphs is required.
- Ability to lead and delegate but also receive and comprehend instructions.
