ASML - Process Architect Supply Chain Job Description

Within In-Fab Supply Chain Management the overall mission is to ensure 100% controlled and optimized material flows from the ASML service hubs into the customer cleanroom.

More specific; on time delivery of planned and unplanned materials, ability to track location and status of material, correct administration of material ordering and delivery, and enable proper communication between parties involved.

As a process architect you will design and implement process flows and together with a (local) project team you will make sure the process flows are executed as designed.

Job Description

• Own in fab supply chain processes, management blueprint and process design
• Drive world wide uniform process measurement and reporting
• Provide means and methods to drive process improvement (local and world wide)
• Create requirements and set priorities for IT and tooling
• Define performance metrics and related governance
• Lead process architect / process improvement meetings
• Define and maintain requirements towards other (SCM) departments
• Lead and coach process architecture team during local implementation
• Define process audits and audit local execution, based on process blueprint and agreed customization
• Drive process requirements towards program and drive execution requirements (program input) towards the local in fab SCM project and operational teams
• The job requires approximately 50% travelling (time distribution negotiable)

ASML - Process Architect Supply Chain Job Requirements

Depending on years of experience, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in supply chain management or industrial engineering.

Experience

• At least 5-10 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy), ideally Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations.
• Knowledge of business complexity, Supply Chain and/or relevant industry
• A tactical, analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills and project management skills
• Drive for results, act under high pressure
• Cultural awareness, managing different / international stakeholders
• Lean experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and flexible, ability to work independently
• Excellent professional communication skills in English
• Customer oriented with strong operational focus
