    Sales Manager Job Description

    • As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the achievement of the short- and long-term B2B sales objectives of the branded Suntek and LLumar product portfolio through the local sales teams in Germany and France.
    • This is accomplished by recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and developing strong sales teams empowered to implement business strategies.
    • You work within the sales organization and with other business stakeholders to ensure that our sales team creates value for both Eastman and our customers.
    • As Sales manager you will develop and grow profitable sales of branded window film in the region in accordance with agreed budgets.
    • You will develop and implement clear and distinct regional and key market strategies for both automotive and architectural window film sales for all Eastman brands.
    • Translate business strategy into sales targets, priorities and action plans to deliver results 
    • As Sales Manager you effectively and pro-actively manage existing channel partners and direct dealer network.
    • You are pro-active in establishing relationships with key influencers in organizations outside of the channel partner network, who may have a positive impact on sales.
    • For example, automotive OEMs, technical consultants, architects, property managers, facility managers.
    • Keep updated on market developments and competitor activity and communicate this information to the wider team. 
    • You prefer a coaching management style when supporting and developing team members, to ensure that they are equipped and empowered to conduct all aspects of the customer relationship effectively and that actions and objectives are completed.
    • You will ensure that leading practices are being utilized by sellers on: Account Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management, prospecting, forecasting, development and communication of value proposition and Economic Value Estimations, and leading with insights.
    • Approximately 60%+ travel is required for this role.

    Sales Manager Job Requirements

    • Thought Leadership: strategic Insights and Execution to innovate and accelerate value creation.
    • Results Leadership: drives results and leads with bias for action in prioritizing issues and making decisions despite uncertainty or risk. Adaptability in developing resources to build competitive advantage and deliver results while optimistically leading teams to pursue superior outcome for our stakeholders.
    • This role requires strong commercial and business acumen, savviness with modern CRM systems, visualization of sales funnel, excellent people skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • The successful candidate will preferably hold s a Bachelors degree and have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic and consultative sales within a product or solutions focused environment.
    • You are fluent in both German and English language and currently reside in Germany.
