Project Manager Job Description

Joining our Programme Management function, which is a core part of our Product Engineering team, you’ll be accountable for the delivery of vehicle programme work streams to agreed time, cost, and quality targets. You’ll create, maintain and deliver plans, using risk management and dealing with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
 
You’ll also hold financial control of delivery costs, maximising efficiency and output to achieve pre-defined project and work stream targets. You’ll also drive success from ambiguity, defining best practices and ensuring adherence.

Project Manager Job Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
 
You’ll be a degree qualified Project Manager, ideally in an engineering or project-oriented discipline. You’ll bring plenty of exposure to managing complex, multi-year projects in a relevant industry and you’ll back up your experience with a recognised project management qualification such as Prince2.
 
You’ll be a driven leader with exceptional management and communication skills, displaying previous experience of ensuring consistence in governance and the delivery of multiple projects to strict deadlines. Any exposure to automotive industry project management practices is highly beneficial.
