Your responsibilities as a Senior Sales Manager:

• Management, strategic development and further development of the sales department
• Development and optimization of processes for correct order processing
• Support of selected customers or customer segments
• Ensuring long-term customer loyalty
• Securing sufficient dialogue between market and technical departments for development projects
• Cooperation and management of commercial agencies in cooperation with the area sales managers
• Analysis of existing markets and development of new market opportunities
• Increasing the market share
• Management of the area sales manager
• Close cooperation with all departments, especially technical departments and Marketing/After Sales
• Significant codetermination of the company's product, pricing and brand policies

Senior Sales Manager (f/m) Job Requirements

• Seasonal Leadership and a Salesperson Personality
• At least 5 years of sales and / or management experience in the field of technically professional products and capital goods, preferably from the mechanical engineering sector
• Successfully completed studies (preferably in the fields of textile engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering) or equivalent training (eg. textile technician or similar)
• Fluent German and English proficiency in spoken and written, further knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
• Safe appearance and communication strength
• Self-motivation, teamwork and assertiveness
• Intercultural competence and high, worldwide readiness to travel
• Strong focus on customer needs and customer satisfaction
• Advanced ERP knowledge and MS-Office
• Experience in customer acquisition through smart solutions is an advantage
