Team Lead Engineering Job Description

YOUR MISSION:

As one of our Engineering Team Leads, you work with the masterminds behind our products to develop high quality applications. You will:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team
• Hire for our continuously growing team
• Help and coach engineers to develop their skills
• Ensure a friendly environment for personal growth and top performance in our agile set-up
• Work closely with designers, product managers, as well as our VP of Engineering
• Manage projects within the scope of our tech strategy

Team Lead Engineering Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2 years experience as team lead of a software engineering team, preferably backend
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Dedication to servant leadership
• Experience working in an agile set-up
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (higher technical institute or university)
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus
