About the role
As a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst at Avanade, you will be part of our award-winning team that enables the three Microsoft clouds (Office 365/EMS, Azure, Dynamics 365) for our customers. You are responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft cloud services, as well as integrating them with the existing infrastructure.
Day-to-day, you will:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Office 365
• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Implement and configure Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS/Active Directory/Networking
• Implement and configure Enterprise Mobility + Security
• Implement and configure data-center integrations to Microsoft Cloud services

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Job Requirements

Qualifications:

You will have several years cloud infrastructure experience including client facing exposure, ideally gained within a consultancy environment although we are happy to consider other backgrounds. Commercially aware you will have a full understanding of client and project delivery. You are passionate about technology and love learning new skills and specialisations. Your skills and experience should include the following:

• Design and development of Cloud based infrastructure;
  • One of Azure/Office 365/Dynamics 365
  • Exchange/Hybrid configuration/Skype for Business/AAD connect
  • Azure RMS/Azure AD Premium/Microsoft Intune
• SQL knowledge and exposure
• Experience of operating in an agile environment including continuous development
• Knowledge of secure mobile platforms
• Migration of legacy products to cloud would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management requirements including security and privacy

• Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form
• Ability to work with global teams and interact with external clients in a professional manner
• Development of client-based and cloud -based infrastructure solutions
• Demonstrable knowledge of wider portfolio of Microsoft products
