BWSC is a global turnkey developer, contractor and operator of tailored medium to large-scale power plants.
BWSC deals in projects for conventional engine-based power plants, floating power plants, as well as for selected renewable and hybrid technologies.
BWSC operates its business from its Head office in Denmark, north of Copenhagen, and through a number of subsidiaries.
BWSC employs more than 600 employees globally, 300 of which are located at the head office. The remaining staff are located at project sites around the world and is involved in construction, commissioning or Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of power plants.
Key person with high focus on quality
The Combustion department is responsible for and engaged in product development, tender projects, spare parts identification, retrofit projects and new projects for design, specification for Purchase, workshop follow up, site assistance and issuing of O&M Manuals for the department products.
As Lead Engineer within Combustion we expect that you will be a key person for systems such as fuel feeding, grates and slag systems for Waste to Energy-, Waste Wood- and Bio Mass plants.
You will primarily work within the following areas:
Experienced engineer with interdisciplinary skills
You are a BSc or MSc within mechanical engineering. Your broad experience from large, complex plants will help you succeed in working efficiently on an independent basis. Your mind-set of an engineer helps you towards optimized solutions and the output of your work and verbal explanations and sketches can easily be understood by others. You have a personal drive and you will find your way around the organization to find whatever relevant information needed for technical and coordination purpose.
You are proficient in spoken and written English including technical English. Preferably you speak and write Danish. It’s preferred that you have a driver’s license.
