Our client is a watchmaking factory, reknowned and located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, active for more than 60 years incorporating several advanced technologies. To strengthen their teams, we are looking for someone (m/f) who is dynamic and communicative and an expert in the management of industrial projects in terms of deadlines, quality and costs.
You are responsible for various projects including industrialization of new products, the establishment of new methods of development of the different business plan, for the coordination of all of the projects (budget, commands, followed financial, time, reporting…). In true conductor you have close relations with the departments purchase, R&D, Production, logistics, as well as with partners and external suppliers. You are the guarantor of the conduct of the project, respect of deadlines and costs.
For this varied activity, you have a degree in technical engineering / material science, including hard materials (such as ceramic etc.), or equivalent. You have good knowledge of project management. You are a coordinator, negotiator and facilitator. You know how to manage priorities and have a very good level of communication. You are capable of autonomy in all assigned tasks. You have at least three years experience as a project manager. You are comfortable in the use of a MIS with experience in an industrial setting. Your are a talented organizer, your expertise in various disciplines of art and your entrepreneurial spirit characterized you. You perfectly master French and English and have good knowledge of German. You are a communicative person, a valued leader of the project and able to assume your responsibilities.
