As a System Electrical Layout (SEL) Pre-Install Architect in the D&E Electronic Development Department you will be operating in a fast paced and multidisciplinary environment. The SEL Pre Install Architect is responsible for developing and maintaining Electrical Pre-install hardware design and data including the System Electrical Factory and Facility interfaces. All this by use of your personal skills to work closely together with internal and external customers of ASML and other D&E projects to create an optimal engineering collaboration, in the most efficient way with the highest quality of design and data.
Job Description
As SEL Pre-Install Designer you daily activity will be focusing on the impact of new- and re-designs of modules within the system on Electrical Factory and Facility interfaces. Processing the information regarding these Electrical Factory and Facility interfaces and creating/maintaining the data and hardware of the Pre-install cabling. By using your in-depth technical knowledge, analytic thinking, political antenna and excellent people skills, you are able to work closely with suppliers, internal- and external customers to deliver high quality of pre-install data in an early phase of the system design process.
The main responsibilities/deliverables are:
BSc or MSc in Electronical engineering or similar level acquired by working experience.
Experience
Broad (at least 1-3 years) experience in high tech development environment with a focus on Electrical connectivity on system level in a multidisciplinary organization. Broad technical knowledge on electronics/cabling/mains/safety/common rules and standards.
