Subproject Manager (m/w) control - & automation technology Job Description

• Coordinate the control-/automation Technology team and software
• Compile technical guidelines (technical and performance specifications) for internal and external development partners for control-/automation technology and software
• Ensure project progress and results, and intervene to make corrections if need be
• Develop solutions through the team and represent these vis-à-vis the project
• Coordinate content between the subprojects and modules
• Plan work packages with regard to costs, performance and timing, and manage risks
• Provide technical consultation for the project manager and help compile schedules, cost plans and documentation

• The employee is entitled to vacation of up to 30 days per calendar year.

• After the sixth month of employment you will receive annual bonuses from iks in the form of vacation pay or Christmas bonuses.
• After probation has ended, the employee has the opportunity to claim capital-forming benefits after the 5. capital formation law amounting to 40,00 EUR per month. Iks may award a grant of 27,00 EUR per month.
• At the end of the probationary period, the employee has the opportunity to invest part of his salary in the form of a salary conversion as direct insurance in accordance with § 3 no. 63 EStG. Furthermore, as part of a group contract, we offer retirement benefits through a pension fund in accordance with section 3 no. 63 EStG. Insofar as legal changes, in particular changes in tax law, occur, we reserve the right to adjust or amend this commitment accordingly.

Subproject Manager (m/w) control - & automation technology Job Requirements

• A degree in control-/automation technology, informatics, mechatronics or alternative proven experience in the above-mentioned fields
• Several years of experience in managing large project teams
• Experience in the development of control and automation technology and software projects
• A high degree of initiative and assertiveness
• Sharp focus on customers and objectives and intercultural skills
• Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge in German would be ideal
