To strengthen the field service team that maintains and adjusts the systems, we are looking for candidates to fill in the position of a Field Service Engineer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Professionalism with high affinity for high-tech equipment in an international field of work
• In this function you are responsible for the maintenance and service of the Raith
• Electron Beam Lithography systems at various customers worldwide.
• The field of work is very versatile and requires knowledge of analogue and digital electronics to high precision mechanics, ultra-high vacuum and high-voltage technology.
• The work is extremely varied and consists of: Perform periodic maintenance
• Error diagnoses set and perform repairs Installing new systems as well as giving training to the customer
• Close cooperation with both production and engineering departments

Field Service Engineer Job Requirements

Requirements:

• A hands-on service engineer with a sense of nano precision in electronics
• A sharp analyst who is able to quickly learn and apply the broad technology spectrum
• Your profile: MBO + / HBO training in technical direction: mechatronics, electronics, electronics. Experience as a (service) engineer in a core instrumentation, mechatronics, semiconductor or robotics environment.
• Good PC and software (Linux) knowledge are important Passion, puzzle power and a customer-driven drive are required to work independently after about six months.
• Pro-active engineer who wants to understand and operate the complex machines and programs. Is also able to realize the deadlines set under pressure
• Frequently travel to customers and suppliers around the world
• Good command of the English language.
• Customer orientation, perseverance and diplomatic action are required
