Sales Engineer PBX/SIP Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
PSCEU is looking for a Sales Engineer who will provide pre-sales engineering services (i.e. technical demonstrations, trainings and webinars, support and installations services), to support both assigned sales teams and/or dedicated customers with technical expertise, cross regional for an assigned product (range) – PBX/SIP.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provides pre-sales support by preparing and conducting product related workshops for customers.
- Gives trainings for our distributors, dealers and our internal team ("train the trainer"), mainly including f2f classroom trainings, webinars and onsite trainings & workshops
- Elaborates technical specifications, according to the requirements, defined by customers or sales.
- Coordinates product samples for testing, gives technical advise and presentations, and solves integration issues.
- Coordinates resources in product development and production, and clarifies all technical questions.
- Coordinates collaboration with 3rd-party manufacturers, software companies and solution partners, especially in regards to IOT solutions.
- Analyses technical issues at all stages, and facilitates problem solving with CS and factory involved.
- Provides regular reporting of the technology adoption and approaches market for future products opportunities and customer demands.
- May provide testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, in cooperation with CS.
- Supports exhibitions, fairs, product demonstrations and trainings, in cooperation with Marketing.
- Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or its equivalent
- 2 - 8 years of a relevant experience in a technical field with direct customer contact within B2B
- Experience in f2f classroom training/Webinar/E-learning and training-organization is essential; strong didactic and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of network solutions and IOT is essential, including VoIP, carrier, SIP protocol and IT environments
- Good blend of business/commercial, sales and technical skills
- Proving profound technical understanding of B2B PBX/SIP products and software portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to work in a European team environment
- Fluent German, with strong command of the English language
