Your position
In this challenging role, you will be part of our Continuous Acceleration (CA) Program Office (PO). Your role will be to run daily operations of the PO. This entails communications with the various stakeholders and actors in the programs belonging to the CA, reporting, and ensuring smooth progress of all programs. Among others, it will be your responsibility to:

• Support the CA board with organization, preparation and documentation of meetings;
• Support continuous acceleration projects and, if applicable, to manage small-scale projects in CA programs;
• Support development of project initiation charters and value cases;
• Support program owners with skills in project management and -reporting, as well as value realization and change impact reporting.

    • Planning and budget updates

  • Consolidate program reports at CA level
• Support CA program office lead with:
  • identification and management of cross dependencies, risks and issues
  • milestone planning
  • planning capacity of critical resources
  • budget and cost control 
  • scheduling project execution and gate reviews
  • structured document control and filing
  • monitor program approach adherence
• Support program owners with initiation of new programs / projects
  • Project Initiation charter
  • Value case overview
  • Update of program overview slides
• Collaborate with program/project financial control
  • Update financial status
  • Update value measurements
  • Value cast roll up
• CA board
  • Document CA board meetings, decisions, actions list
  • Administrative preparation for CA boards
• Maintain program management framework standards, monitor the adoption of the framework templates, gather lessons learned and leverage these for continuous improvement

Program Management Officer Job Requirements

Your profile
In order to be successful in this role, you will need at least a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, project management based discipline or related field. Also, fluency in English (written, verbal, presentation) and excellent skills in MS Office applications is a requirement. Furthermore, we are looking for:

• High analytical capabilities and solid business mindset.
• Project management experience
  • Good organization and structure skills
  • Understanding of what a project is all about and ambition to develop project management skill set (and lead projects in the future)
  • Basic understanding of project financials
  • Understanding of value drive / KPI definition and measuring

  • Office 365 experience, capable of working with SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with organizing and documenting meetings

• Emotional intelligence
  • Can work easily with a diversity of people, skilled communicator
