Group Head (m/f) Process Analyzer Technology

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In your new role, you will actively develop methods and tools in the area of Process Analyzer Technolgy (PAT) to support the global competitiveness of Covestro in COGM, product quality, process reliability as well as efficiency and safety
• You will have the personal responsibility for all PAT employees in NRW
• You will be responsible for the global training and guidance of PAT experts
• With your experience, you will globally implement standards, methods and tools
• Furthermore, you will lead different projects
• You will be responsible for scouting of scientific and industrial trends
• It will be your task to represent Covestro in local and international communities and to maintain networks in the field of PAT
• Additionally, you will shape Covestro's reputation by e.g. scientific publication

Group Head Process Analyzer Technology (f/m) Job Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a university degree in a relevant field, pref. Master or Ph.D.
• You have gained extensive knowledge and long-term working experience in the field of developing process analyticals solutions and its operation
• Base for this position is a broad analytical know how and experience in project execution management in this or related fields including the chemical and process control technology area
• You have intercultural experience and competencies
• Knowledge of financial requirements, developed social skills, profund experience and the ability in leading and developing people are necessary for this position
• You have a creative and innovative mindset
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round up your profile
