As a Team Lead, you plan, organize and track all electronic / electrical activities in a multidisciplinary team. These activities cover the complete scope, from architecture definition up to and including design, realization, qualification and integration in existing and new ASML products. 

Job Description
The Team Lead Electronics is responsible for the following:

• Operate in multidisciplinary team.
• Manage the outsourcing of development activities at co-developers and deliveries of suppliers. 
• Set up and maintain work breakdown and plan, including resources and budget. 
• Set up and maintain deliverables of engineers including coaching. 
• Execute and report on team plan and pro-actively align with Project Leader, operational sectors and suppliers. 
• Drive timely technical implementation of choices and secure quality of the deliverables. 
• Drive identification of bottlenecks by team, prioritize and implement recovery actions. 
• Drive identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in team. 
• Setup project organization and assist Group Manager in appraisals, recruitment and farm-out.

Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 

Experience

•  Broad knowledge of electronics in all its aspects, architecture, design and integration.
• Multiple years hands on experience in electronic / electrical design. 
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge and experience in physics, mechanics, mechatronics and software. 
• Preferable Team or Project Leader experience within technical projects.

• Initiative and pro-active.
• High motivated team player with good social and communication skills. 
• Structured with eye for details. 
• Leadership. Ability to give direction in a team. 
• Accurate and problem solving. 
• Persuasiveness and decisiveness. Pragmatic attitude.
• Personal authority. 
• Drive and ownership. 
• Quality focus. 
• Fluent English in word and in writing (Dutch preferable).
