The job mission of the Continuous Improvement Manager within the Applications Engineering organization is to develop and drive the implementation of the applications efficiency roadmap for the CS Field and Veldhoven (VHV) applications engineering teams in line with the efficiency and quality goals of the three Business Lines (Applications - DUV & EUV).
The role entails defining the way of working together with the field to support the long term continuous improvement programs within CS and represent the applications community in the relevant CS projects.In addition, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be the representative of the Applications community in the Business Line DUV sustaining product team, to ensure operational connection.
As part of this role, you are expected to drive the structural improvements that impact the larger CS field, CS / BL VHV applications community including diagnostic tooling projects across the three business lines.The role of Continuous Improvement Manager Applications is an excellent opportunity to advance your personal and career development and to gain the respect and trust of the CS local organization as well as the Business Lines.
