Your Department
As Learning Consultant you will be a part of the Documentation & Training team within the Service Development department of Global Services. Global Services is responsible for the development and implementation of Life-cycle Services to our systems worldwide, represents approximately 20% of Vanderlande’s total income and is growing strongly.
Service Development is responsible for the ongoing professional development and supports our customer centres in the development of their life-cycle services strategy. It defines and drives the implementation of the Vanderlande life-cycle services propositions including designing new service concepts.
The Documentation and Training team is the global competence centre for customer training and documentation. The department delivers professional training and documentation services to both our customers and our on-site based teams worldwide.
Your Position
As Learning Consultant, you are responsible for the customer satisfaction and performance by facilitating learning and user information processes, like the delivery of education programs, user information services, training courses and documentation (technical and operational). You work closely together with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary environment in order to translate learning goals and user information requirements according to customer needs.
