Vanderlande – challenges in motion
Do you love figuring out processes and customer needs? Do you like to present, and to train people, to increase adoption of new systems and processes? Then apply now as a Junior Process Information Manager you will be part of the CRM (customer relationship management) team that will implement a new CRM system and process.
The goal of the CRM programme is to become a more customer centric organisation by implementing a tool that should give better insight in customer engagements for all employees that are in contact with the customer, either in marketing, sales, operations or service.
The new system will be able to capture all communication with the customer and to integrate with other information systems to display and analyse relevant data to optimise customer engagement.
This needs a new way of working and mind-set for the users. The CRM team will manage the design and implementation of the improved way of working and supporting CRM system.
The CRM team will consist of about 5 people (2 project managers, 1 IT architect and 2 supporting roles). Additionally, the technical aspects (building/configuration) of the CRM implementation will be led by a third-party implementation partner.
