The group EUV Defectivity is responsible for optimizing the system's performance by providing the means and methods to prevent, detect, analyze, predict, control and eliminate particle contamination sources in the scanner. Furthermore, the group must ensure that the designs of the tools and systems are industrializeable.
In the D&E organization, the EUV defectivity group owns the particle contamination control competence and owns the integration cluster for EUV defectivity.
Job Description
Each EUV system as a whole must be such that the particle levels on the reticle, wafers, optics and sensors are according to specification.To achieve this, people from the Defectivity group work in project structures to define, integrate and qualify solutions both in the EUV factory as at customers.
The project leader in the defectivity group manages the defectivity project on a daily basis and is responsible for the operational progress of the deliverables. This includes organizing the necessary meetings with the team and stakeholders, cross-sectoral alignment, interaction with customers, reporting status and plan to PCMs and PDMs, technical alignment with architects and system engineers and giving direction to the project team.
