Your department
Life Cycle Services is responsible for approximately 20% of Vanderlande’s total income and is growing strongly. You will be part of the Maximo Competence Centre, which is a department of the Service Development organization that is responsible for the ongoing professional development and implementation of Vanderlande’s life cycle services including designing new service concepts.
IBM Maximo plays a key part in the management of our services and includes processes such as inspections, preventive & corrective maintenance, service desk, contract management. The Maximo Competence Center develops and shares the competences regarding Maximo, to enable one way of working in the entire service organization.
Your position
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Maximo to enable our service organization to manage their service processes. In your role, you will work closely with corporate IT colleagues and external consultants.
This involves mapping of business requirements to Maximo best practices, development design specifications, and enable the rollout to the business.Tasks and responsibilities
