Your Role
As Senior Service Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to apply your commercial skills and natural leadership qualities on an international scale, within our growing company. Your goal is to devise the best service for our customers. You will translate the customers' wishes into a specific service concept and take the lead in the commercial process, converting this concept into a services contract. Throughout a system's life cycle, our customers' business and logistics operations change. You will ensure that the system remains optimally aligned to the customers' processes. To this end, you will initiate discussions with maintenance managers and business owners, which lead to process studies and the sale of system modifications.
Throughout a sales cycle, you will monitor progress and motivate both internal and external parties involved. You will maintain an external network, being sensitive to suitable opportunities to recommend Vanderlande experts. You are able to identify market developments within Warehouse Automation and Parcel & Postal, and you initiate new concepts and services.
