You are responsible for the end to end service management of workplace services. You will set the direction for improving the global IT Workplace Services for ASML worldwide.
Job Description
As Service Delivery Manager, you are a member of the IT Workplace services organization. You are responsible for the end2end service management of Workplace services. These are mostly outsourced services or services that are provided in-house.
You will manage these services via internal agreements or underpinning contracts with the respective vendor. You represent the IT Workplace services organization for (a part of) the IT services portfolio towards the IT Competence Centers and the internal customers.
Besides this your role includes:
- You will create monthly service reporting and discuss these with the internal customers;
- Service Improvement and life cycle management of your services are important aspects;
- Customer Satisfaction and operational excellence are your main focus areas;
- Monitor the creation of new services and/or change and improve existing services and assure delivery according to the agreed quality and service acceptance criteria.
For this position you must be available for standby shifts on weekends and evenings for escalation management (on average one week per month).
Context of the positionA sub-department within the IT organization is the Competence Center Operations & infrastructure (O&I). This Competence Center provides all IT support services. This includes generic IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecom services, network and datacenters for which we ensure that these services are running in an optimal way and we look at innovating the services.
We also support the IT applications that are used at ASML. You will report to the manager of IT Workplace services organization. Besides interfacing with your fellow colleagues in IT Workplace services organization you will also interface with the managers of the IT Competence Centers and Business Information Managers. He or she will have external interfaces with suppler account representatives.
ASML - IT – Service Delivery Manager Workplaces Job Requirements
Bachelor level Information Technology or similar.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years relevant working experience as Service Delivery Manager;
- A strong focus and proven track record on IT Service Management and IT Workplace services is a must;
- Experience with ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery processes is a must;
- Strong process management skills;
- Insights in the COBIT 4.1 framework is a pre;
- (Financial) management of outsourced contracts and vendor management.

- Customer orientation;
- Planning & prioritizing;
- Strong inner drive;
- Good communication skills and good knowledge of the English language.
