The IT Learning Solutions Team consults internal customers in all areas of learning. We analyze training requirements and design training concepts considering specific business and project needs.
During the 6-months internship in the IT Learning Solutions Team your main responsibilities are:

• Supporting our Training Solution Managers in the analysis and design phase
• Working on the implementation of Enterprise Social Networking and Social Learning at Roche and taking care of learning communities
• Supporting our team on optimizing our process & templates in the informatics project management methodology
• Supporting the team in their daily work

Who you are

You are enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master program in adult education, sociology, psychology, media sciences or comparable area of study. For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of didactics, psychology of learning and instructional design principles
• Previous experience in training development
• General understanding and interest in IT applications and business acumen, advanced knowledge in MS-Office and knowledge of the Google Apps Suite is an asset
• Fluent in oral and written English; German is an asset
