Job Description
As Business Process Analyst you act as a first IT contact (subject matter expert) for Suppliers, Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML organization. You will be main responsible for all activities related to purchasing & logistics of ASML. You will play a key role in IT development & implementation projects. For a large part of your time you work in projects, but you will also manage Non Standard Changes in your area from Intake till Go Live & Hand-over to support.
Content wise your working area will be mainly Supply Chain Collaboration (supplier portals) and other connecting solutions between ASML and suppliers / external service providers (like transport, customs and warehouses) for outsourced services.You are able to translate business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction. This means you create the Functional Design and contributes to the architectural roadmap. You are able to customize, test, train key-users and act as project manager in smaller projects.
What challenges are waiting for you?
- Make sure the right information will be exchanged via SAP Portal;
- Cooperating with suppliers on portal and planning;
- Working closely together with the SAP Portal Architect to define the roadmap.
- Create the interface via SAP PI/Idocs.
Context of the position ASML ITThe IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.A sub-department within the IT organization is the IT Competence Center Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing.
This Competence Center is responsible for providing the right IT systems for the core business processes of Operations (Manufacturing, Logistics, Central Planning, Sourcing, Quality & Process Improvements and Facility Management). Customers of this department are internal customers, whose goal is to provide world class systems and services for all major chip makers around the world, and who therefore need the best tools available.
ASML - IT - Business Process Analyst Supply Chain Collaboration Job Requirements
At least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Experience
- At least 7 years' experience as Business Process Analyst, Functional SAP Consultant or similar positions within Supply Chain Collaboration;
- Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of SAP Portals/Netweaver and/or SAP SNC is a must;
- Knowledge of SAP LE, SAP EWM or SAP APO;
- SAP technical proficiency of netweaver, portals, Idocs, PI, BAPI, ABAP;
- Experience within complex large high-tech industry or manufacturing organizations is a must;
- Ariba Network, Transport Management applications, Customs application experience is a pre.
Personal skills- Strong customer focus, result-oriented and drive for excellence;
- Excellent communication skills in English, preferable in Dutch;
- Proactive and enthusiastic;
- Able to deal with resistance;
- Ability to influence without power;
- A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments;
- Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality including willingness to perform hands-on activities.
