ILF is currently in the process of transforming its project management and financial IT systems by introducing an ERP system.
As senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading this group-wide project and for coordinating a cross-functional
team and external vendor resources to achieve the overall project objectives.
■ Set up the group-wide ERP project, including project concept development and ERP vendor selection, from the very beginning
■ Provide overall project leadership, including direct management of core team members and project leadership of extended team members and external vendors
■ Develop project strategies, plans, schedules and budgets to achieve the desired project outcome
■ Coordinate and cooperate with our internal Project Management, Controlling, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, IT and other organisation experts or sub-project leaders
■ Manage and control the project to make sure it meets quality, schedule and budget expectations
■ Keep project tracking data up to date and report status as appropriate
■ Provide active and continued project communication and coordination to ensure that project team members
and internal stakeholders are informed of progress, issues and risks affecting project execution
■ Engage the project sponsor and key stakeholders in an efficient manner to align on priorities and address issues and risks
■ Identify and solve problems during all project phases
Your qualifications:
■ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in project management, international management or finance-related field, plus 7 years of experience in managing general projects and technology-related projects
■ Broad experience in managing large and complex projects (evaluation, design, and implementation), preferably
ERP change and/or implementation projects, involving cross-functional teams and business process change management
■ Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
■ Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and profound experience in applying them to
different project types
■ Prior experience in managing third-party vendors, including development of statements of work, vendor selection and basic contract management
■ Excellent command of English (mandatory), command of German (advantage)
■ Strong customer service orientation, excellent organisation and communication skills
■ Regular travel, up to 25 %
